Bella Luna™ Coffees
This coffee is an intensely aromatic blend of exceptional coffees from Central America and East Africa. It is an outstanding breakfast coffee light and bright in the cup, with clean, crisp flavors and aromas.
This coffee hails from Indonesia and is noted for its dense, rich body and buttery flavor. It is lightly roasted, and has a mild earthy character.
Light To Medium Roast
The top grade of beans from the homeland of coffee, Yrgacheffes produce a stunningly aromatic cup, with a distinctive bergamot aroma, bright acidity, and full body. This is a unique coffee that appeals to the serious coffee connoisseur.
Medium Roast
This perfectly balanced coffee is great anytime of day. The coffee is a blend of exquisite high grown coffees from Chiapas, Mexico and prized Salvador “El Borbollon.” In the cup, the coffee is full bodied, bright and delicately flavored, with an inherent sweetness and subtle layers of complexity.
Swiss Water Decaffeinated coffees are roasted to perfection to yield a full flavored decaffeinated version of our Custom Blend.
Vienna Melange

This coffee is a classic Vienna Melange of Costa Rican Tarrazu Coffee. The
coffee is roasted to varying degrees, from light to dark, and then blended
to produce a cup that is sweet, bright and intense. This coffee is full
bodied with a touch of French Roast flavor.
Swiss Water Decaffeinated coffees are artfully roasted and blended to create a match to our Vienna Melange with all the great flavor of our regular Melange, but without all the caffeine.
This complex blend of coffees and roast styles represents the best of the art of blending. Crisp acidity is balanced by full body, and fruit and floral aromas are countered by chocolate and burnt sugar notes. Like a great Bordeaux wine, the whole of the flavor palette is greater than the sum of the individual parts.
Our classic Italian style espresso blend is roasted to a light full city roast, and makes a vibrant, intense and smooth espresso with a long lasting golden crema.
Dark Roast
This blend of roast style yields a cup with thick, velvety body, almost no acidity and hints of fruits and berries. Tastes like a very dark roast, but with no bitter overtones.
Our midnight blend is roasted from award-winning coffees of Central America. This cup is intense with sweet chocolate flavors, a hint of dark roast caramel notes and a syrupy body.
Our darkest decaffeinated blend starts with Swiss Water Decaffeinated Guatemalan coffees that are roasted to dark perfection to yield a full bodied, intensely flavored cup.
These exceptionally bright coffees from a single estate in Guatemala have enough acidity to stand up to our darkest roast style and yield a full bodied, tangy cup with citrus notes and mild French roast flavors.
